Royal Chemical takes painstaking efforts to ensure the product you ordered is the product you receive. At every step, we follow exacting standards to deliver product consistency – whether it’s liquid or powder blending. We conduct a final inspection of all packaging and pallets as well as batch numbers on the product labels prior to shipment.

All of our sites conform to kosher and halal standards. They're also NSF, ISO 9001:2015 certified and EPA registered, ensuring they can meet the needs of many industries. In addition, all of our facilities will soon join our East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, and Macedonia, Ohio, facilities in being FDA registered. The East Stroudsburg plant is also certified to handle flammable liquids.

Have a warehousing or fullfillment question? We have the answer.
We have a bill-and-hold process whereby customers place a production PO and are then invoiced. Our customers own the stock and we ship from your own stock.
We provide flexible solutions with raw materials and packaging. If you require purchasing or if you would like to provide the products, we will accommodate accordingly.
Warehousing is part of the Acquired Store and Handling fees (ASH), however, if materials have had 90 days of no movement, additional fees may be incurred.
Royal Chemical does not ship carcinogens, mutagens, flammables (materials must have a flashpoint of 100 degrees Fahrenheit or greater), food-grade materials, heavy metals or combustibles.
